Common problems and faults in printing

One. Static electricity on the surface of the paper, a problem often encountered by printing operators, and the substrates are glued together due to static electricity on the surface, resulting in double or multiple sheets being sucked up by the Feida suction nozzle at the same time, resulting in Feida pause. Static electricity is due to insufficient electrons on the surface of the substrate (Positive charge)Or too many electrons (Negative charge)And produced. During the processing and transportation of paper, static electricity is easily generated due to dry ambient air and low water content of paper. Therefore, the paper should be stored at a relative humidity of 40%-In a 42% environment. Solution: 1. The moisture content of paper should be controlled at 45%- Between 55%, static electricity will weaken and disappear due to the increase of moisture content. 2. Air conditioning shall be installed in the printing workshop, and the relative humidity shall be controlled at 50%- Between 55%, especially in colder seasons and in factories with heating, the humidity in the air will drop sharply due to air conditioning heating. 3. Anti-static equipment such as electrostatic rods and electrostatic hair dryers can effectively reduce static electricity, while some humidification equipment can improve the conductivity of air, thus preventing electrons from accumulating on paper.
