Chemical etching is a manufacturing process that uses acids to engrave metal with specific detail. The process is very cost effective when compared to laser engraving and mechanical engraving, especially when we produce mass products.
In this process, areas of the metal are etched away after which the products are either kept the natural color or filled with a design color which is cured onto the nameplate at high temperature, resulting in a very durable finish.
