Metal puching upon nameplate

    Metal punching is a common process in nameplate making. There are two main functions of that. One is to cut out the extra scrap to get the expected shape meeting to the design, the other is to punch upon to some words or pattern like embossing to get a convex or concave effect. Except that, sometimes, those two functions will be integrated into mould to do cut out and emboss simultaneously.

   Metal punching upon nameplate to do as a process of cut out extra scrap, it commonly applied to 3D nameplate. On planar (2D) nameplate, it is usually used to emboss and cut out.
