girl scout cookie season returns — and so does morgan russell - metal name plates for outdoors

If you're lucky, you might catch her in town next month.
She's a young man with ears. to-ear grin.

Dream of traveling in this great country.
Back to the military.
Plan to be a nurse.
Last year, she sold the most Girl Scout cookies in South Texas.
That's 2,418 cases, to be exact.
She is not our Queen of cookies.
No, that's not her style.
Linda, her mother, did not push her to the top of Thin Mint Hill.
There is no pressure to sell and sell.
It just happened.
She set the target of 2,000 boxes of cookies.
An ambitious but viable goal
You see, Morgan is easy with people.
For her, the conversation was as smooth as Samoan in milk.
So it doesn't seem too high for 2,000 cookie boxes to fill in.
But when she and her mom stuffed all the cookies into their car, Morgan began to worry.

"Pick up all these cookies and realize this is the amount I have to throw away," she said the other day . ".

Last year, she knocked on the door in town and set 27 tables. She sweat. She froze.

She dug a community garden, was full of volunteers in the town, and recently helped create a story stroll in the Schertz Public Library.

The curator of the Schertz Public Library learned about Morgan through scouts, and she was surprised that she was able to put aside peer pressure.
According to Morgan's age, "many girls think it's no longer cool to be part of a Girl Scout," said ulhorn.
"The work she put in, in what she went through, she got three times the reward. ”Right.

Every box Morgan sells supports her troops and Girl Scouts in southwest Texas.
Support camps and operations.
They also pay for incentives like the ipad, and in Morgan's case they pay for scuba and sailing classes.
