Gaiden, 44, attended former MacArthur High School in Ottawa in early 1990 and participated in school sports such as hockey, basketball and athletics.
But he did not return to sports until five years ago, when he joined a popular five.

At 2016, he decided to rediscover track and field and his timing was perfect.

At 2017 Ontario Special Olympics, Guyton \"didn\'t expect much\" but won a medal in all three of his games-in-place gold and standing long jump gold, and 100 m silver.
His performance qualifies him for the 2018 Canadian Championship in Antigonish, which means he will return to his hometown Nova Scotia for the first time in 28 years.
When he started the Special Olympics project in 2016, he was motivated to participate because he had the opportunity to return to Nova Scotia.
\"I do (track and field) for mom and day,\" Guyton said ). \" His parents, Paul Yetman and Patricia (Guyton) Yetman, have died.
\"If I meet a national in antigoresh, it will be a good way to remember mom and day.
\"I train hard and focus completely.
One thing my parents said to me is to always do what I am best.

\"At the Special Olympics in Canada, he won the gold medal in the standing and standing long jump and won the seventh place in the 100-meter race.

Night Project in January 2014.
\"I brought the music station back and have forgotten,\" said Gayton, praising the radio\'s music choices with his own lp and 45.
Like his connection to sports, Guyton used to be a record jockey more than 25 years ago, when he offered weekend dance at former Highland Park High School (now the Virgin High School)
