In Mar, 2018, there was a customer, from New Zealand, wanting some aluminum engraving dog tag. So he sent a inquiry to us in alibaba.com. Firstly, we talk about the size, thickness, material, craft and etc. When he sent us his drawing, we found there are some text is hard to make it. Therefore, we make a new drawing for him, but he don’t agree this drawing. And he inform us that the text size can not be changed. This will be a difficult problem for us.

To solve this problem, with our engineers suggestion, we adopt the advanced engraved technology to make a sample for it. After made 5 different size samples, And then one of them  will be suitable for customer. So we finally have a long-term business relationship with him.
