Maintenance of silk screen label production equipment should not be underestimated4

First, metal label each moving part of the silk screen printing equipment should be outstanding and smooth, the fasteners should be firmly connected, and each part should be locked to see if there is no abnormal situation before starting the operation.

2.  During the operation of the machine, the pressure, noise, vibration, oil temperature and constant temperature control of the pressure plate shall be supervised and checked at any time.  If the system pressure exceeds 7MpA, the motor will generate heat and the oil temperature will be too high, should be viewed and cleaned.

3.  The hydraulic air filter and the oil filter are cleaned once a month to dredge the oil-saving circuit and clean the machine tool once per shift.

4.  The hydraulic oil in the oil tank should always remain normal at about 45 liters.  After the new machine starts up, please pay attention to making up the oil again because some oil enters the oil cylinder and pipeline, so as to check the liquid level frequently, make up for the same trademark oil at any time.

5, hydraulic oil should be kept clean, oil temperature should be appropriate (Usually the oil temperature is 35 ~ 600C)Replace it every six months.

6.  The overflow valve has been set at 7Mpa when it leaves the factory and cannot be assembled at will.

Unless your machine must work under low pressure, please ask professional technicians to lower it.

Can only be set below 7MpA, metal label  beyond this reading will not work, together with the lower limit (Green Needle)The gap with the upper limit should be greater than or equal to 0.

5MpA, otherwise the compensation pressure relay will be started frequently and the machine will not operate normally.

8.  Some systems of this machine's electrical appliances are equipped with independent safety seats (Silk).

If you find that some of them cannot work normally, please open the electric cabinet (16) to see if each road is safe and not blown, and if so, replace it.

9.  When installing, the power socket must be connected with qualified ground wire before the processing and metal label  production of silk-screen signs can be carried out to ensure the safety of electricity consumption.
